Packaging Engineer | No Responsibility Base Salary Range: 18k~25k

Job Responsibilities
1. Semiconductor discrete component chip packaging and module packaging;
2. Confirmation of engineering technical specifications for packaging and testing factories, including confirmation of wiring drawings, evaluation of packaging processes, confirmation of various test reports and measurement data, and conversion into new product specifications
3. The development process of new chip products, the development of packaging factory trial production to mass production parameter standards, process technology, yield confirmation process testing, output sampling reports and other processes, and the improvement of production technology;
4. Responsible for calibrating and benchmarking electrical measurement methods with factories, establishing the same measurement methods and standards to minimize measurement errors for both parties, and finally converting them into measurement operation manuals (SOP&SIP);
5. Responsible for establishing appearance inspection standards after packaging,
6. Responsible for the packaging factory's submission of abnormal handling for incoming materials, customer complaints, etc., including analysis and confirmation of test reports, and confirmation of experimental plans when third-party testing is required
7. Packaging factory development, audit, confirmation of improvement of incoming material defects, confirmation of yield improvement
Qualifications for the position
1. Bachelor's degree or above in science and engineering, with a preference for master's degree or above;
2. Strong engineering analysis skills and familiarity with packaging processes,; More than 5 years of work experience in discrete component chip packaging and module packaging industry
3. Familiarity with quality systems is preferred.
